未形成正式委托的初评资料原则上在最后一次沟通后 90 日内删除；正式委托资料按服务协议、争议处理及适用法律所需期限保存，期满后删除或匿名化。公开区块链记录由相应网络持续保存，德尔泰无法删除链上数据。
我们采用与处理风险相适应的技术与组织措施，包括最小权限、访问控制、适用场景下的传输或存储加密、操作日志和服务商管理。任何系统均无法保证绝对安全；如发生影响您权益的数据事件，我们将按适用要求处置并通知。

This policy applies to the Delta & Capital website, initial case assessments, and related services operated by Deltai Capital Limited. Privacy questions may be sent to support@deltacapitalhk.com.
Depending on the feature used and the materials you choose to submit, we may process:
We do not request, receive, or retain complete private keys, seed phrases, recovery phrases, exchange account passwords, or dynamic 2FA codes.
We process necessary information only for initial assessment, service delivery, on-chain analysis, evidence organization, compliance communication, fraud prevention and information security, contract administration, and applicable legal obligations.
We may use website hosting and form services, corporate email, infrastructure, and security providers to the minimum extent necessary. With authorization and where a case requires it, materials may also be provided to Delta & Capital partner law firms and appropriately qualified professionals for independent review and handling. We do not sell personal information.
Initial-assessment materials that do not lead to a formal engagement are generally deleted within 90 days after the last communication. Formal engagement records are retained for the period required by the service agreement, dispute handling, and applicable law, then deleted or anonymized. Public blockchain records remain on their respective networks and cannot be deleted by Delta & Capital.
We apply technical and organizational measures proportionate to the processing risk, including least privilege, access controls, encryption in transit or at rest where appropriate, activity logging, and provider management. No system can guarantee absolute security. If a data incident affects your rights, we will respond and notify as required.
You may request access, correction, or deletion, or withdraw consent-based processing, by contacting the official email address. We may need to retain some records where required by law, contract performance, dispute handling, or another legal obligation.
Service providers, partner law firms, or professional partners may be located in different jurisdictions. We take reasonable safeguards where applicable. We may disclose necessary information in response to a valid regulatory, judicial, or law-enforcement request and will inform you where legally permitted.
