Radiant Capital multisig operations compromise

Attackers compromised multisig operators' endpoints and altered the Safe Wallet interface and underlying transaction payloads, inducing malicious signatures and obtaining protocol administrator privileges. The attack affected markets on both Arbitrum and BNB Chain, with about $50 million publicly reported lost.
