TRON USDT issuer blacklists twelve addresses in the second batch

One executor completed twelve USDT blacklist calls in approximately 57 seconds. All twelve targets were blacklisted at review time with a combined balance of 32,737.295125 USDT; public material did not identify the requester, case, or address owners.

Incident overview

The TRON USDT executor TRLi4KskHxfACnxKzLrf2wNHauWUQpwziN emitted a rapid sequence of AddedBlackList actions on the morning of July 24, 2026. The same executor initiated the earlier batch, but no public case material establishes that the batches came from one request, case, or victim event.

Incident sequence

  1. Between 05:43:12 and 05:44:09, the executor submitted twelve calls in approximately 57 seconds.
  2. All twelve transactions succeeded and emitted AddedBlackList events.
  3. At review time, isBlackListed(address) returned true for all twelve targets.
  4. No corresponding Tether, law-enforcement, or project statement and no related fund-destruction event were identified.

Fund flow

Blacklisting restricts ordinary transfer of the controlled token; it does not automatically move balances into an issuer, exchange, or judicial wallet. The balances remained at the original addresses at review time, and no destruction, confiscation, or return was established.

Amount basis

The twelve addresses had a reviewed combined balance of 32,737.295125 USDT, with the principal balances being approximately 28,241.269812 USDT and 4,468.194997 USDT. The number of targets and their balances do not automatically equal case count or judicial seizure value. The amount is excluded from reported loss and recorded as issuer-contract restricted value.
